Borders will refund any defective item and we are more than happy to refund, credit or exchange any item that's in a saleable condition, excluding magazines and clearance items. Without proof of purchase we can only exchange or credit.
To claim a refund, exchange, credit, or for further information visit your nearest Borders store. For store locations and contact details check out our stores

Borders store teams have access to over 200,000 titles and will be able to hold items, process phone orders, or order in a special item for you. Please contact your nearest Borders store to talk to a staff member.

If you are unable to locate your title in our selection, our store teams will be more than happy to help you find what you are looking for. Please contact your local Borders store.
